MIXED USE APARTMENTS
Where: Wantage
The project consisted of the demolition of a commercial building and the construction of a combined mixed-use building comprising retail units, offices and residential accommodation plus secured undercroft parking and private amenity spaces.
The site developer (and owner of the retail park) appointed us to prepare the tender and once the contract was awarded, the main contractor appointed us to obtain the Building Regulation approval and discharge of planning conditions.
We worked closely with the main contractor to value-engineered the construction and brought the building cost down to an affordable project.
